Stop getting pulled back when you join someone else’s game, and no more random flings when a scout releases the grappling hook.

fafab087e338f26541209a9a6d1ce0ab4fa3144986d38e70e47725f9a124f58bMintCat only, for now. Anti-Lag is a DLL mod and needs MintCat’s built-in UE4SS loader to start; with mint or mintfixed it installs but does nothing. If you’re used to mint, you can import your mod list into MintCat and install from there (an AI assistant can help you with that).
When you join someone else’s game, the host decides where you are. When your connection drops packets, the host thinks you’re still behind and pulls you back, and jumps often don’t go through.
Anti-Lag lets you keep moving with your own input, then gradually brings the host’s copy of you over to where you really are, so you stop getting pulled back. You can jump freely even when the host has heavy packet loss.
It also fixes random scout grapple flings: playing scout as a client, releasing the grappling hook sometimes flings you at double speed, randomly and unpredictably. With Anti-Lag that stops.
Close the game completely and add the whole ZIP to MintCat as-is; don’t unzip it.
Make sure UE4SS is on in MintCat’s settings (it is by default), then press Install mods.
In game, open the mod menu (B for Unified UI, H for Mod Hub) and go to the “Anti-Lag” page: turn it on or off (F9 by default), tune it, and see live stats. It starts on. The menu is in English and Traditional Chinese and follows the game’s language.
Linux / Proton: keep your existing launch options and add dwmapi=n,b to WINEDLLOVERRIDES.
