DII Harbinger

T5CD2Pubbable

AuthorDiablo Harbinger edition: Inspired by low diversity waves, these experimental variants cause the game to over-spawn a random descriptor which changes over time. You are warned about which descriptor is next by the appearance of a harbinger elite enemy.

Chart editorThis difficulty is perhaps the only one that managed to make the concept of low diversity waves challenging. Although it feels like a slightly harder Diablo II for the most part, there are a couple of enemy rolls (notably bulks and grabbers) that can be run-enders, and some others like praetorian or mactera rolls that can slow down the pacing a lot. In the style of Diablo and other diffs from Brain, it is fully pubbable and doesn't require any extra mods.

No enemy packs needed Uses vanilla enemies only.

About tier T5

Another step-up from the previous tier, the difficulties listed here are fairly hard on average, most make use of MEV and DEA to add many new disruptor enemies and have very strict pacing requirements.
